New and Returning Athletes
Registration for the upcoming 2024 summer and 2024-2025 school year, will open on May 20, 2024.
Complete the registration process on HomeCampus.com and upload the following documents:
An HUSD Physical/Medical form dated on or after May 20, 2024 to be sure they last the entire school year.
A signed “Agreement of consent to participate form” (you will be prompted to print this page at the completion of the registration process on HomeCampus.com
All athletes must register online and be cleared by the Athletic Office before they can compete in athletics of any kind including tryouts, summer conditioning, and practices. Sports physicals for the upcoming school year must have a date of exam of May 20, 2024 or later.
All required forms are available for print during the registration process on athletic clearance. These forms are also available in the Athletics Office, A-4 if you do not have the ability to print.
