Jerome Kaufer, Vice Principal
I am a graduate of Hesperia High and find it very fulfilling to now have a hand in the direction my alma mater takes as we move into a new decade. My wife works in the district as the Certified Athletic Trainer at Oak Hills and my son currently attends Cedar Middle. I moved to Hesperia in the late 80?s with my family looking for the small town feel the High Desert provided. Although education was not my first career, I always knew I wanted to work in public service and decided education was the avenue I would take. I enrolled at Cal State San Bernardino in my late 20?s, graduating with honors and earning my degree in Social Science with an emphasis in Economics. I then continued my education at Chapman University with a Masters Degree in Teaching and a Professional Clear Credential in Social Science. After teaching Economics and World History at Hesperia High School for the next 6 years, I decided to transition into an administrative role. I began the Masters in Administration program at Azusa Pacific University in 2007 and graduated with a MAE and Tier I Credential the following year. In 2009, I was fortunate enough to be hired at HHS by Mr. Schnebeck to join his administrative team. I am blessed to be working with the staff at Hesperia High and fortunate to have such a cohesive team of colleagues to work along side. I cherish Hesperia High School, its traditions, its accomplishments, its goals for the coming years, and most importantly the students and staff that make Hesperia High, the best high school in the entire High Desert.

Alicia Bonnett, Vice Principal of Activities
I came to HHS as the new Activities Director in 2008. I spent five years with the Temecula Valley School District both as a teacher and in the Activities realm. I attended both San Diego State University where I received a BS in Kinesiology and a CA Teaching Credential, and National University where I earned a MS in Educational Administration and CA Administrator's Credential. High School Activities has been my passion for 15 years. Making meaningful connections and positive memories with staff and students alike make everyday worthwhile.

Jeff Hallett, Athletics Director
I have been at Hesperia High School for nine years. I attended Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana on a football scholarship, where I earned a bachelor?s degree in Health and Education. I have been married to my gorgeous wife Kate Hallett for ten years and we are both very blessed with our son, Luke. My career started in the Fontana Unified School District, where I spent two years as a teacher and a Football Coach at Fontana High School. My first four years at Hesperia High School started in the classroom as a teacher and once again on the field as a Football Coach. I then accepted the position as Vice Principal, in charge of Discipline and I am currently the Vice Principle of Athletics at Hesperia High School. I feel honored as the Athletic Director to work with such a dedicated group of student athletes and coaches.
